Terry Meeuwsen
Terry Meeuwsen was born and raised in Wisconsin,
where she grew up the oldest of four siblings. Gifted in both acting and singing, she was crowned Miss America in 1973. In 1976 she began working as a TV host which eventually led her to serving as a co-host with Pat and Gordon Robinson for the 700 Club. There, for over 30 years, she shared the love of God with millions of viewers. Terry is also an accomplished author, with four titles to her name as well as the founder of Orphans Promise. Terry and her late husband Andy, have seven kids, including five adopted children.
