N.O.W. = Nourished On the Word

We need divine intervention, we need to pray.

Dear Ladies,
WOW! What a different world we are living in from when we were last together 2 weeks ago at the conference! We are all in a situation we’ve never found ourselves in before. It is frightening and stressful. The challenges we are facing are real, and they are bigger than we know how to handle. We need divine intervention, we need to pray…
2 Chronicles 7:14 “If My people will humble themselves and pray, and seek My face, and turn from their sin, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin, and I WILL HEAL THEIR LAND!”
It’s time for the church to PRAY! There is great power in prayer! We need God to heal our land from this COVID-19, from political division, from economic disaster…
There are so many unknowns… and although we may not know what the future holds, we know the ONE who holds the future! He is a good Father and He is for us!
Romans 8:31 “If God be for us, who can be against us!”
Jeremiah 29:11 “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future.”
It’s in times like these that our faith is tested. Do we really believe what God has promised? It’s hard to “walk by faith, and not by sight” when everything we hear, see or feel is contrary to God’s word.. That’s why Paul reminds us in 1 Timothy 6:12 to “fight the good fight of faith!”
Ladies we are in a battle. We are at war with an invisible enemy! It’s time to pick up our weapons and fight! Prayer is one of the weapons listed in the Bible, so is praise and worship, the word, the cross, the name of Jesus, and the blood of Jesus.
Revelation 12:11 Saint John tells us that “We overcome Satan with the blood of the lamb and the word of our testimony,”
Remember during the first Passover in Egypt God told His people to put the blood of a lamb (foreshadow of Jesus) over their door so that when the death plague came over Egypt it would “Passover” every home that had the blood covering! Read Exodus 12:7&13
Let’s plead the blood of Jesus over our homes, our families, our first responders, our country.
In Ephesians chapter 6 Paul tells us to “put on the full armor of God!” Paul names more of our weapons: shield of faith, the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God.
Let’s not allow Satan to steal our faith, our peace, to kill our elderly, to destroy our health, our jobs, our country!
Trust in God He is greater than COVID-19 and it is written that He has already won the battle!
2 Corinthians 2:14 Thanks be to God, who always leads us in triumph through Christ Jesus!
Romans 8:37 No despite all these things, we are more than conquerors through Christ who loved us!
Praying Psalm 91 over you and your families.
